A Reminder.

* Kindly read the Rules & Regulations before you proceed to the Order Form.

1. We are currently selling two type of products which are Handmade Crafts and Accessories. Handmade Crafts are goods that are made 100% pure handmade. While Accessories are goods that are ready made.
2. Please ensure that you have completed the Order Form correctly upon submitting to us.
3. It is strictly advice that you double checked the item's code & it's quantities as we aren't going to responsible on the customer's mistakes.
4. It is important for you to include your email address in the Order Form as it helps us to stay in touch with the customers easily.
5. It is also important for you to put the correct delivery address (customer's address) to ensure goods are delivered at the right place.
6. Please take note that the price shown does not include the postage unless it is stated.
7. We'll only deliver goods once we've received the payment.

1. We are looking for Serious Buyers only.
2. All prices shown does not include the postage unless it is stated.
3. All goods sold are not refundable or exchangable.
4. There might be slightly changes in colours of the items due to photographing & computer settings.
5. Sales are made on first come first serve basis. So please drop me an e-mail to inform us that you're interested.
6. Please NO backing out after confirmation of order. Kindly notify us if you're not interested on the item anymore.
7. Reservations can only be made for a maximum period of 3 days. Once that time is up, we'll make the item available to the next interested buyer.
8. Strictly no last minute BACK OUTs for customized orders.
9. For custom orders, a 50% deposit will be needed once you confirmed your order. The balance needs to be paid once your item is ready before we ship it to you.
10. We'll only deliver the goods once we've received the payment.
11. All goods will be delivered on every Wednesday. Thus make sure you have made your payment within 2 days before it.
12. We are not going to responsible on any damages/ lost during the shipping. All the items will be checked for good condition before any delivery are made.
13. Terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice.

Payment and Shipping (Postage).

• Payment can be made by Cash Deposit or Online Transfer through Maybank and Wang Pos.

• We'll first send an email to you to confirm your orders and assign our account number. We will also total up the amount of your purchased items with the shipping fees. Preferably, please provide your bank transaction number or wang pos reference number after you've made your payment through our email to prevent any bad circumstances.

• All the items will be delivered by using Pos Laju unless it is request by the customer.

         * Pos Laju:
           Required Signature. 1-2 working days to reach you.

         * Registered Post (Only for small, non-bulky items):
           Required Signature. 3-7 working days to reach you.
